1. What is 1200 Mondays?

1200 Mondays is an entertainment and educational project documenting a long-term personal investing experiment.

The experiment follows a simple concept: investing £100 every Monday for 1,200 Mondays and documenting the results.

As a member, you get access to information about this experiment, including the investments made, the portfolio's holdings and performance, and regular updates about the journey.

2. What does my membership include?

An annual membership costs £100 per year.

Your membership gives you access to:

• The complete list of stocks and other investments purchased as part of the 1200 Mondays portfolio.
• The current portfolio holdings.
• Information about how individual holdings and the overall portfolio are performing.
• Historical weekly updates showing the progress of the portfolio.
• Weekly email updates explaining which investment is being purchased each Monday.
• Access to future weekly updates while your membership remains active.
• Other content and updates relating to the 1200 Mondays experiment that may be made available to members from time to time.

The purpose of the membership is to give you access to the documented journey and information surrounding the experiment.

3. What you are NOT purchasing

Your £100 membership fee is not an investment.

You are not giving £100 to 1200 Mondays to invest on your behalf.

We do not invest your money.

We do not manage your money.

We do not hold your money or assets on your behalf.

You do not receive shares, securities, ownership or any other financial interest in the 1200 Mondays portfolio.

Your membership fee pays for access to the 1200 Mondays content and updates.

If you choose to make your own investments based on information you see through 1200 Mondays, those investments are entirely your own responsibility.

4. This is not financial advice

1200 Mondays is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, financial planner or portfolio manager.

Nothing provided through the 1200 Mondays website, emails, social media or membership should be considered:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Personal investment recommendations
• A recommendation to buy or sell any security
• A recommendation to follow or copy the 1200 Mondays portfolio
• A prediction or guarantee of future investment performance

The investments discussed are part of a personal/public experiment and are not selected specifically for your individual circumstances, financial objectives, risk tolerance or investment needs.

You should carry out your own research and, where appropriate, seek independent professional financial advice before making investment decisions.

5. Entertainment and educational purposes

1200 Mondays is provided for entertainment and general educational/informational purposes only.

The project documents what happens when a specific investing strategy is followed over a very long period.

The purpose is to share the journey, demonstrate the concepts of consistency and compounding, and allow members to follow the experiment.

It is not intended to tell you what you should invest in or how you should manage your own money.

6. Investment risk

Investing involves risk.

The value of investments can go up as well as down.

You may lose some or all of the money you invest.

Past performance does not indicate or guarantee future results.

Any historical returns, portfolio values, profits, losses or other performance figures shown by 1200 Mondays represent what has happened in the past. They should not be interpreted as an indication of what will happen in the future.

Any projections, targets, forecasts or calculations regarding the future value of the portfolio are hypothetical and are not guarantees of future performance.

7. No guarantee of returns

1200 Mondays does not guarantee that the portfolio will make money.

We do not guarantee that the portfolio will achieve its long-term target of £1 million.

We do not guarantee a particular annual return, including any 15% annual return target used in the project.

We do not guarantee that any particular stock or investment will increase in value.

Any target or projection displayed on the website is simply part of the experiment and should not be interpreted as a promise or expected return.

8. Weekly investment updates

As part of the membership, members may receive a weekly email identifying the investment purchased for that week's 1200 Mondays contribution.

The timing of emails may vary due to weekends, public holidays, market holidays, technical issues or other circumstances.

We reserve the right to change the timing, format or content of weekly communications where reasonably necessary.

9. Membership term and cancellation

Membership is provided on an annual basis.

Your membership costs £100 for 12 months.

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future renewal or future charges, where applicable.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancelling your membership does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining portion of your membership period.

10. No refunds

All membership payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Because membership provides immediate access to digital content and information, you agree that you are purchasing access to the service rather than a physical product or investment.

Cancelling your membership does not create a right to a pro-rata refund for unused time.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published through 1200 Mondays is accurate and up to date.

However, financial markets move continuously and portfolio information may occasionally contain delays, errors, omissions or inaccuracies.

We do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, current or error-free.

Where an error is identified, we may correct or update the relevant information.

12. No copying or automated redistribution

Membership is intended for individual use.

You may view and use the content for your own personal purposes.

You must not:

• Share your membership account with other people.
• Redistribute members-only content publicly.
• Republish the weekly emails.
• Sell or commercially redistribute 1200 Mondays content.
• Systematically copy or scrape the website or membership content.

13. Changes to the service

We may occasionally change, update or improve the 1200 Mondays website, membership features, email format or other aspects of the service.

We may add new features or remove features that are no longer practical or appropriate.

The core purpose of the membership will remain access to information and updates about the 1200 Mondays investing experiment.

14. Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1200 Mondays and its operators are not responsible for investment losses or other financial losses arising from decisions you make based on information provided through the service.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

If you choose to buy, sell or hold an investment because you have seen it discussed through 1200 Mondays, that decision is yours alone.

15. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership.

By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

16. Acceptance of these terms

By purchasing a 1200 Mondays membership, you confirm that:

• You understand that the membership fee is not an investment contribution.

• You understand that membership payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You understand that you can cancel your membership at any time.
